Return & Refund Steps:

Spot the Banana Peel: Notice something off with your order? Contact us within 30 bananas... err, days from receiving your mighty gear. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the jungle mishap.

Monkey See, Monkey Do: We’ll review your request faster than a monkey can peel a banana and get back to you with the next steps. If a return is in order, we’ll guide you through the vine-swinging process.

Return Launch: Send your items back to us in their original, untampered jungle state. Unfortunately, we can’t cover the return vine... ahem, shipping costs, but we promise to make the rest of the process as smooth as a banana milkshake.

Banana Refund Time: Once we receive your return and give it the mighty once-over, we’ll process your refund. You’ll see your bananas... we mean, funds back in your account faster than a monkey’s lunch break.

Exceptions to the Rule:

Customized items are crafted with a unique mighty touch, making them ineligible for returns. It’s like trying to unpeel a banana, you know?
