Return & Refund Process

1. Report the Issue
   If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue so we can assess the situation promptly.

2. Review & Response
   Our customer service team will review your request and respond with clear next steps, including whether a return is required.

3. Return Instructions
   If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item(s) back. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
   
   

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following exceptions:

• Custom and Personalized Products
  Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.

• Used or Worn Items
