Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Since many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order, processing times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.

For bulk orders, custom logo items, or specialty products, additional production time may be required.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Custom Orders

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Custom embroidery, personalized apparel, and large volume orders may take longer to complete before shipment.

If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order to confirm timing.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Mighty Stitch and Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims related to delivery issues.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

International Orders

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
